Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.

Shipping Time
We currently ship to the United States only. Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Free Tracked Shipping
All CoreMedic™ orders include free tracked shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Order Tracking
Tracking information may take 2-5 business days to update after your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at support@trycoremedic.com

Shipping Delays
CoreMedic™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues. However, if your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages
CoreMedic™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at support@trycoremedic.com
