At CoreMedic™, we stand behind every product we sell. Your satisfaction and pain relief are our top priorities.

30-Day Satisfaction & Hygiene Policy

Due to the orthopedic and personal hygiene nature of our wellness products, we adhere to strict sanitary protocols and do not process physical returns of used items to our warehouse.

However, we still protect your purchase. If your CoreMedic™ product doesn't meet your expectations within the first 30 days of delivery, please contact us. Instead of going through the hassle and expense of international return shipping, we will evaluate your case to issue a partial refund (up to 50%) to your original payment method, and you can keep the product to gift to a friend or family member who might benefit from it.

How to Request a Resolution

To initiate this process, please email us at support@trycoremedic.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. We will respond within 24-48 hours with a resolution tailored to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a video of the damage. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@trycoremedic.com. We will resolve the issue within 48 hours at no cost to you.

Non-Refundable Situations & Important Notes

  • Refunds will not be issued for orders where the 30-day period has expired.

  • Refunds will not be issued for items that show signs of intentional damage.

  • Our 30-Day Guarantee applies to the first purchase per customer.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of repeated or fraudulent claims.
