Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1-3 Business Days. Standard delivery to the United States takes 7-15 business days from the date of dispatch. Every order includes free tracked shipping — you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the United States only. We are working on expanding to more countries soon.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your package in real time directly with the carrier.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at support@trycoremedic.com if you need to make a change.

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment system with SSL encryption. We never store your full card details.

How long until I see results?
Most customers notice a difference within the first 3-5 sessions. For chronic tension that has built up over months or years, consistent daily use of 15-20 minutes over 2-3 weeks delivers the most significant results.
Is it safe to use every day?
Yes. The Cervi-Air Pro is designed for daily use. We recommend 1-2 sessions per day of 15-20 minutes each. Always consult your physician before use if you have a pre-existing cervical condition, recent surgery, or injury.
Does it require charging or batteries?
The Cervi-Air Pro is powered by a direct electrical connection — simply plug in the included power adapter to activate the device. No charging time, no batteries, no Bluetooth.
What is the difference between Classic Grey and Space Grey?
Both variants offer identical technology and performance. The difference is purely aesthetic — Classic Grey features a darker charcoal texture while Space Grey has a lighter, more modern finish.
Is this compatible with all neck sizes?
Yes. The ergonomic contour and adjustable airbag system adapt to your natural cervical curvature for a comfortable, personalized fit.
